Weekend Highlights
Friday Evening – Settle In & Reconnect
Kick off the weekend with a shared dinner, followed by Watch, Mug Up, and relaxed community time as you reconnect with friends old and new.
Saturday – Celebrate 100 Years
A full day of energy and tradition—jump into games and Seatrades, gather for the special 100 Year Celebration Watch, and witness the opening of the time capsule. Treat yourself at Mariners Inn, and for weekend guests, enjoy an evening Coffee House filled with music, stories, and camp spirit.
Sunday – Reflect & Send Off
Close the weekend together with a meaningful Church and Commissioning Service as we look ahead to the next chapter of Keats Camps.
Ways to Join
From a quick game of One on One to a multi cabin game of bump, the basketball court is a focal point and highlight of our campers week! Currently we have a cracked cement pad, with hoop that is falling apart. Help us not only provide our campers with a quality game, but help us have something that can handle the rain, snow, and anything else that gets thrown our way.
Whether you can come for the full experience or just a day, there’s an option for you:
1. Full Weekend (with transport & accommodation)

Friday dinner → Sunday lunch
3. Saturday Only (with transport)
4. Saturday Only (no transport)
Accommodation
When registering, you’ll select your preferred housing. Assignments will be made on a first-come basis and confirmed shortly after registration.
Pilot House – $100
6 beds (3 bunks)
Cluster Cabin (Whole) – $150
14 beds (7 bunks) – lots of room for your family
Cluster Cabin (Shared) – $50
14 beds (7 bunks) – perfect for groups or families who want to share together
Cluster Cabin (Single/Shared Community Option) – $0
Ideal for individuals, couples, or families open to sharing (same gender arrangements)
Transportation
Boat transport will depart from Langdale (times to be confirmed).
Jump on BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale, where staff will be waiting to greet you. We will arrange your transport from Langdale to Keats Landing.
When it’s time to leave, we will transport you back to Langdale, where you can catch a ferry back to Horseshoe Bay,
Pricing
Weekend pricing includes all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
Saturday pricing includes a welcome snack, lunch, and a celebration dinner.
