Keats Camps Kitchen
Groups of 40 or more take their meals in the dining hall. Meals will be prepared for your group by our team of cooks. We can accommodate most food allergies and dietary needs. Please submit in writing at least two weeks in advance.
Groups of 35 or less have the option of cooking for themselves in the Pilothouse Kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a domestic stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and two refrigerators.

Potatoes, Rice or Pasta Dish
Salad or Cooked Vegetables

Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Tea or Juice
Squares or Cookies
A variety of other dessert snacks
Evening snack can be substituted for an afternoon snack
Additional snacks may be prearranged at a cost of $1.50/person
Meals may vary but always include appropriate portions for each of the food groups.
We can always discuss possible menu variations with your group if there are specific requests.
